The use of financing request services is reserved for legally capable adults.

User Obligations

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the laws & regulations in force & not to infringe the rights of third parties.

• The user is solely responsible for the information he communicates via the site. Any false or misleading declaration results in the automatic rejection of the financing request.
• It is strictly prohibited to attempt to fraudulently access the computer system of Firmancy ® or to disrupt the normal operation of the site.

Responsibility of Firmancy ®

Firmancy ® makes every effort to ensure the availability of the site. However, technical interruptions may occur for reasons of maintenance or force majeure.
